Sometimes we become familiar with some parts of life that we start to think those parts of life are normal but God’s Word makes it clear that there are some things that should bother us.
It should bother us when we drive past the homeless in Austin. It should bother us when we drive past Planned Parenthood. It should bother us when politicians lie and corporations abuse the consumer. As a church family in Austin we have to wrestle with what it means to be in the world and not of the world.
In Nehemiah 5 we see people hurting people and it makes Nehemiah very angry.
